This is a change: Change Work Order CO-0004 on the accepted Estimate #1414 at 213 South Birdneck Rd, Virginia Beach — it is not a new estimate of the whole project.
Scope: five (5) power posts (concrete piers with metal jacks) installed with the foundation repair on both units — set on their own concrete footings and shimmed tight to the beam; and the crawlspace regraded level, with the loose soil pulled back from the footing. Soil stays on site — nothing is hauled away from the house.
Pricing: this change $3,967.50, less the 10% customer discount of $396.75 — change amount $3,570.75, added to the accepted Estimate #1414 total of $20,000.00, for a project total of $23,570.75 once this change is accepted.
Unchanged: everything in the accepted Estimate #1414 stays exactly as accepted — its scope, pricing, exclusions and warranty. Nothing already covered by Estimate #1414 is re-charged here.
Approval: this change is not accepted until it is signed. Sign the Change Work Order and send it back, or reply “accepted”.
Notes: the jobsite is left clean once the work is complete. Unforeseen concealed conditions are documented and presented for written approval before that work proceeds.
Warranty: one (1) year workmanship on the foundation repair, framing, subfloor and removal work from substantial completion.
Not included: anything outside the scope above; new flooring installation; roofing; windows, exterior doors and siding; insulation, drywall and painting; cabinets and countertops; appliances, plumbing, electrical and HVAC; the 3rd structure on the property.
